Print Labels for Kits
You may need to print labels associated with a kit if the kit does not include peel-off labels or if the kit label was lost or made unreadable. The Print Labels button is accessible on the Kit Inventory page when viewing the list of available kits. Kit labels can only be printed if the kit has been assigned an additional label format that can be printed locally.
To print labels for kits, complete the following steps:
-
Select Orders from the main menu, then select Kit Inventory from the submenu.
-
Choose the client from the Client drop-down list on the right side of the screen above the grid.
-
Select the row or rows in the grid containing the order for which you want to print labels.
To select multiple rows, select a row, press Shift or Ctrl, and select additional rows using either your mouse or arrow keys. -
Click the Print Labels button above the grid.
-
If the laboratory has configured additional labels for the kit part type, the labels open as a PDF document in a separate browser tab for you to print.
