View Reports
Note: Because LabOnline is customizable based on laboratory needs, some of the options referenced in the steps and images below may not be available or may be named differently. Direct any questions to your laboratory.

Final reports detail laboratory results for the tests performed on a sample. You must be designated as a report recipient for the sample's client, profile, or workorder to be able to view its final report. You may also be restricted from viewing the report depending on the sample's outcome. For example, you may be limited to viewing detailed reports only for negative or not detected samples.
To view a final report for a workorder, sample, or patient, follow these steps:

Select Reports from the LabOnline main menu, then select the Final Reports submenu.
By default, the grid shows all unread reports which includes new reports and reports you have viewed and marked as "unread." - To narrow the list by report date, specify Search
Criteria, and then click Search
to display the results. To clear
the search criteria, click Reset.You can also narrow the results using the quick filter buttons or grid column filters.

Click the View link in the row for the report you would like to view.
The final report opens in a separate tab in your browser.

Other reports comprise of a variety of documents, including invoices, electronic data deliverables, quarterly summary reports, and query output. Each row in the grid on the Other Reports page contains a report. To view one of these reports, complete the following steps:

Select Reports from the LabOnline main menu, then select the Other Reports sub-menu.
By default, the grid shows all unread reports which includes new reports and reports you have viewed and marked as "unread." -
To narrow the list by report date, specify Search Criteria, and then click Search to display the results. To clear the search criteria, click Reset. You can also narrow the results using the quick filter buttons or grid column filters.

Click the View link in the row for the report you would like to view.
The report will open in a separate browser tab or download to your computer depending on the file type and your browser settings.

Client | Name of the client associated with the item to which the report is attached. |

Name of the profile associated with the item to which the report is attached. A profile typically represents a contract between the laboratory and the client. |
Subject |
Provides additional context to describe the report. Typically, this is the name of the report. |
Date |
Date and time the report was generated. |
